- Which Hippie Chicks junior bras design to choose?
Every design has been carefully thought through, with the Hippie Chicks by VAN® girl look! Every junior bra is designed with no padding, double lined to ensure a comfortable fit for every girl! We recommend you choose the bundle pack so as to know which design style best reflects your inner personality!
- What if the design I want is out of stock?
Please check our website and social media pages for updates! If the design you wish to buy is out of stock, you can sign up to be notified when that item is restocked. Simply add your email to the 'Item out of stock' pop-up on your chosen product
- How to I choose the right size?
Please see our size chart for guidelines on how to measure and choose the right size to wear.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We can accept the following payment methods:- VISA, MASTERCARD, VISA DEBIT, MASTERCARD DEBIT, PAYPAL, AMERICAN EXPRESS, APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accept NETs yet.
- Can I track my order?
Yes, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number from which you can track your package. Please bear in mind the delivery and shipping timeframes.
- Can I change or cancel my order?
Once you place an order, we start the packing and shipping process right away, so we are not able to make changes. You can choose to place an order for the item you want, and do a return of the purchased item and we will process your return as per our returns policy.
- Can I add to my existing order?
Unfortunately you cannot add to an existing order. Once an order is placed, we start the process right away. If you need to add, please create a new order.
- Can I split my order over multiple delivery addresses?
We are not able to split a single order. If you need to split an order, please place more than one order per the delivery address.
- What if I am not able to track my orders?
Sometimes, our courier partners takes 1 to 2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please email us immediately. No worries!
- Do I have to pay customs charges for my orders?
We are not able to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and prevailing local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Hippie Chicks by VAN®.
- Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
- Are there addresses you do not deliver to?
We do not deliver to army camps, hotels, and all islands for local deliveries.
- Express Delivery – when do I have to place my order?
For express delivery, please place your orders preferably 48 hours before your expected delivery date to receive your order in time.
- Can I change my delivery option?
Unfortunately, once a delivery option is selected, we are not able to amend it.
- Are there re-delivery charges?
Redelivery charges are S$10 for standard delivery timeframe. All unclaimed parcels exceeding 6 months will be cleared with no replacements or reimbursements or refunds thereafter.
- Do I have to pay customs charges for my orders?
Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Hippie Chicks by VAN®. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.
- My order was marked as delivered but I did not receive it! What do I do?
Sometimes orders get delivered to your local post office or the wrong house by accident. First check with your neighbours, mailman and local post office. If all else fails, please email us immediately!
- What do I do if I receive a damaged/incorrect/defective item?
Please email us immediately and we will be in touch with you. IMPORTANT! Please take extra care when opening the package with scissors as they might just cut right through the junior bras inside!
- Disputed delivery
Where we suspect fraudulent activity, including but not limited to circumstances where there are suspicious claims relating to orders having been placed, but not received, or if we suspect that you are returning items after they have been used or worn, or items returned do not match what you ordered, we reserve the right to withhold refunds and block your account (and any associated accounts) from placing orders in future. If this happens to you and you think we’ve made a mistake, you can Contact Us (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will discuss the matter with you further.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE
- What is your return policy?
- All returns must be processed within 60 calendar days of purchase
- Product(s) returned must be in its original condition (not altered), not washed, not worn, not used, free of stains and odours.
- Product tag must be intact and in its original condition.
- We do not accept returns of product items printed on (e.g. iron-on logos etc)
- Do follow our sizing guidelines and make sure to try fitting on our bra correctly before sending it back thinking it’s not the right size.
- All requirements for return must be met. No store credit/refunds will be issued if the product returned do not meet our returns policy.
- Lost or damaged items will not be accepted.
- No exceptions will be made if returned items do not meet our returns policy, we reserve the right not to accept returns and ship the items back to you, with shipping costs chargeable.
- Final sale items are not returnable or refundable.
- How do I return something?
- Can I return more than one order in one parcel?
Sure, please include both advice notes for each order to help us speed up the process of your return. If you’ve misplaced your advice note, please include a note in with the order numbers and the relevant items you’re returning.
- How much does it cost to do return?
We do not offer free returns for now. Returns must be made at your own cost for all local and international returns.
- Do you refund the delivery charges for returns?
We do not refund delivery charges on any orders.
- Will Hippie Chicks by VAN® junior bras cover my chest adequately?
We have selected the most suitable best quality fabrics, added additional processes to make the material feel buttery and soft and double layered to make Hippie Chicks by VAN® girls feel confident in them!
- How to care for my Hippie Chicks by VAN® junior bras?
All Hippie Chicks by VAN® bras are machine washable. Please do not iron, dry clean or bleach the junior bras.
- Can I return my gift cards?
Gift cards cannot be returned. Gift cards are final sale items.
- Can you help me retrieve my lost gift card?
We are not able to trace or refund lost gift cards. Please do extra care and be sure to keep yours somewhere safe. Hippie Chicks by VAN® is not responsible if a gift card is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without your permission.
- Are there any maximum number of gift cards that I can buy?
Feel free to buy as many as you wish!
· What are the terms and conditions of your gift cards?
- You can use your Hippie Chicks by VAN® online at hippiechicksbyvan.com as full or part payment on your purchase.
- If your order exceeds the value of the Gift Card, you can pay the remaining balance using a credit or debit card
- Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Your Gift Card is valid for 24 months after your last transaction (which includes balance enquiries). After this, your Gift Card will expire and the remaining amount will be deducted.
- We're really sorry – Gift Card transactions can only be made in the currencies in which Hippie Chicks by VAN® transact in (Indicated at the top right hand on our home page). All other currencies are currently unavailable.
- Treat your Gift Card like cash. If it gets lost, stolen, or damaged, we are unfortunately unable to replace it.
- What do I do if I have forgotten my password?
At log in, click the “forgot password” option and follow the steps to reset. Due to the privacy laws in place, we are no longer able to manually reset your password, so if you are having issues receiving your password reset email please check your spam and junk and try again. Our customer service team will not be able to resend this or amend your password.
- How do I change my password?
Log in using your current password, follow the steps under account information. Forgot your password? At log in, click the “forgot password” option and follow the steps to reset. Unfortunately due to GDPR laws, we are no longer able to manually reset your password, so if you are having issues receiving your password reset email please check your spam and junk and try again. Our customer service team will not be able to resend this or amend your password
- How do I change my email address?
Just log into your account using your old email address and click on 'edit email address/password' under My Info Once these changes have been made, hit continue and your changes will be saved!
- What if I am experiencing difficulties when entering payment details?
This is a 3D Secure payment option that some banks use. 3D Secure is an added layer of security for credit and debit card purchases online. If you have any problems or forget any information, please contact your bank.
- How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
Just hit 'Unsubscribe' button at the bottom of the email newsletter. (although we'd rather you not.....boo hoo hoo....sobs if you do....)
- How do I change my saved delivery address?
Simply log into your account and click the 'addresses' option. From here you can either create a new one or edit an existing one.
- How do I change my saved payment details?
Simply log into your account and click the 'payment details' option and either add, delete or edit your payment options.
- How do I change my contact preferences?
