When I started Hippie Chicks by VAN®, I knew it couldn’t be just about designing
junior bras. It had to support girls as they grow into themselves — in their own time.
Collaborations are a natural extension of that.

We are always looking for schools, organisations, and partners who share our commitment to empowering girls. Whether through workshops, community initiatives, or collaborative programmes, we work together to create experiences that matter.
Who do we partner with?
Our collaborations take different forms. For example, we have:
- Supported girls in sports such as the Lion City Sailors Football Academy, which runs an all-girls football programme, a traditionally male-dominated sport;
- Spent time in schools including CHIJ Toa Payoh Secondary, to speak about relevant topics from entrepreneurship, taking risks, responding to failure and navigating career pivots; and/or
- Partnered similar learning institutions like SJI International to support awareness of physical changes, inclusiveness and ensuring that no girl — especially those who are often economically & socially marginalised — is left out at a time when it matters and also, about giving back.
